Anything But Straight: Unmasking the Scandals and Lies Behind the Ex-Gay Myth. Wayne R. Besen wrote an excellent book about the Ex-gay movement based on research and many interviews. His site is loaded with useful information.
The World History of Male Love. This site is jammed packed with information about the history of same sex love around the world. Well written, informative and affirming.

An On-line Guide to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Trans* History.
This site provides excellent information about GLBT history. I learn something new every time I visit.
A Gay Quaker Timeline, 1820's-1950's
Mitch Gould provides fascinating historical information about Quakers and their affirmation of Queer folks for generations.
Gay History and Literature-Essays by Rictor Norton
Mr. Norton offers an array of engaging and easy to read essays about the history of homophobia.
John Carroll, The former TV Survivor (Marquesas) includes GLBT history of the Nazi's movement against gays, the Stonewall Rebellion and an account of the first gay activist (along with a number of sexy pictures of himself)
The History of Sodomy Laws in the United States provides extensive information about the history and philosophy behind Sodomy laws in the US dated back to colonial times.
Gay Christian Network offers a positive and safe message board, a weekly radio program, live chats and great resources. It is a growing cyber community for Queer Christians
Sex and Love Addicts Anonymous (SLAA)
One of the reasons men and women flock to ex-gay programs is to find help overcoming sex or relationship addiction. SLAA provides men and women a safe place to find help with addiction issues. Both straight and queer folks are welcome to their meetings.
Spiritual Fruits provides visitors with easy to read Bible commentary about GLBT issues. Great links and provocative essays.
Christian Lesbians provides inspiring coming OUT stories, a chat room, a daily devotional and many essays, including the insightful, "A Response to Ex-Gay Ministries."

Mel White spent over 35 years struggling with his homosexual desires and finally came OUT. While still in the closet, he worked with the likes of Jerry Falwell and Pat Roberstson. His site is affirming and informative.
